We move through a mindful restorative yoga practice to leave you feeling bright and fresh with a focus on heart openers, and finish with a gentle massage and guided rotation of awareness called Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep).
Gemma will then work her magic offering energy healing to ensure you leave feeling revitalised and with more clarity.
