I believe all women deserve to feel like a calm, confident Goddess in their pregnancy and birth. I specialise in home births for women who want to protect their pregnancy and birth so they can birth without pressure, in their own time, with minimal distractions feeling safe, held and supported.
Our antenatal sessions don't have to be sitting down - movement is good for the body, baby and soul! I love to incorporate yoga, pilates, walks and rebozo sifting and preparing meals along with reflection and journal time. Our sessions are bespoke, we discuss everything from birth physiology and why your body works better at home to comfort techniques such as acupressure, rebozo sifting, breath and massage.
