Service Description

Mum and Baby Yoga with Sign is suitable from birth to pre-school. We explore yoga to assist with your baby's coordination and development while incorporating sign to help them learn about the world around them and foster healthy communication. The combination of yoga and sign also enhances the bond between you and your baby. For older children we explore yoga postures, breathing practices and affirmations. There will be an opportunity for mums to move, stretch and strengthen while little ones are happy to play. Class finishes with calm time and an optional massage for baby or older children.
