Baby Yoga with Sign is suitable from birth to pre-school years. We explore yoga to assist with your baby's coordination and development while incorporating sign to help them learn about the world around them and foster healthy communication. The combination of yoga and sign also enhances the bond between you and your baby. For older children we explore yoga postures, breathing practices and affirmations.
