About

I'm Rhi a yoga and pilates teacher living in West Sussex and incredibly passionate about giving you the best start to motherhood. Blissful Birth Company is here to support you and your baby.

 

I offer birth preparation for mind and body: we focus on strength and stamina along with breathing techniques to help prepare you for whichever way you choose to birth your baby. The Pilates exercises help support your body keeping your core and pelvic floor strong and relieving aches and pain while yoga helps release and soften the body, further helping your mind to relax and for you and your baby to connect and pause. Yoga provides a space to practice breathing techniques and enables you to breathe effectively through labour and even a c section. Anything that helps the mind relax will help the body relax.

Supporting Your Journey to Well-Being

Following the birth of your baby I also run calm restorative start to motherhood classes. A space for you to reconnect to your body, build strength from the inside out and energise you on those tired exhausting days. 

My baby bonding massage classes offer the perfect way for you to learn how to create a beautiful massage ritual which will, amongst other benefits, aid sleep, improve colic and assist in their coordination and development. My eldest still loves her massage before sleep and I have found that it truly supports your long term relationship with your little one. A sleepy chat and massage is usually how we reconnect at the end of a busy day.
